Jake Turner is another star in the making, excellent from him. Backs to the wall defending, creaky at times but the great goals sealed it. Must capitalise on the confidence this win brings

A very solid performance where we actually took our chances! We need to get in to the habit of doing that more often now but the team did well tonight - Jasper and Turner were joint MOTM for me!!

Pleasantly surprised by that. We have shown we can beat a team when we play football. Nice well taken goals and held off their pressure when needed. Now we have proved we can do it, it’s a case of carrying on where we left off on Friday. One win doesn’t change the view on Mullins

Jamie Hudson

First half very good, goals came from things we haven’t done enough all season, taking shots in and around the pen area and getting in the box for crosses. Second half sat back and could have been a nervy 20 mins if not for a nice finish from Sears. Thought Turner was excellent

Tristan Green

Loved tonight! I was thinking the worse for this game but the boys put in a great shift for a great win looking forward to Fridays game now

Anthony Clachan

Couldn't make the game tonight but a very professional display to say the least and especially against a high flying Exeter City side must now do this against Newport Friday night up the U's

Very good first half, bit nervy on the second half especially when they got that goal back. But all nerves went with Sears lovely finish. Honestly think it was the best performance all season Up the U’s

Sean

Never looked in to much trouble and really looked like the management had done their homework. All the players knew their jobs and executed them superbly.

Georgina Davies

A great win on a very cold night. First half we played really well and went in front, second half a bit more nerve racking. All the goals were great especially sears as it was the south stand end. Turner was fantastic and had some good saves, a great win onto Friday

David Clayton

Textbook display against a very strong team; stay organised and take your chances. Can't remember the last time we 'took our chances'! Smith & Chambers didn't put a foot wrong. Turner impressive. Let's not even think about Jasper's loan not being extended...

Jason Drew

I must say tonight Chambers was excellent. His positional sense was spot on. Always in the right place at the right time. For an experienced player this should be happening every game.

ColU were the best team in both penalty areas & battled hard in the midfield area. Very good team performance, never let Exeter dominate were it really mattered. Hard to pick 1 man of the match so give a 10 to everyone.

Good win tonight. For all their possession Exeter didn't trouble us too often so credit to the defence. Clinical finishing tonight won the game. If we could attack as a unit more often & make the right decisions in the final third we'd be much higher up the table.

A win everyone seriously needed sears, jasper were excellent even Hannant did well. Still far too many problems at the club to keep going ignored some serious change is still needed if we want league 1

Angry veteran

One win changes little. Consistency is and has been seriously lacking since JM was pushed. Still a fair few stealing a living at this club!
