TWO of Colchester United's derby heroes have been named in the Sky Bet League Two Team of the Week.
Skipper Harry Pell capped a fine performance by netting the U's second goal in their all-important 2-0 victory over Essex neighbours, Southend United.
And at the back, club stalwart Tom Eastman was a rock at the heart of the Colchester defence, helping them clinch a hugely important three points and also a clean sheet.
It is welcome recognition for the U's duo in what has been a great week for the club.
Colchester are now nine points clear of the League Two relegation zone, following back-to-back wins.
The U's have three games remaining and are now on the brink of securing their EFL status, for another season.
Hayden Mullins' side travel to play promotion-chasing Cheltenham Town, on Saturday.
They follow that up with their final home game at the JobServe Community Stadium on May 1, against Salford.
Colchester's final game of the season is at Tranmere Rovers, on May 8.
