DANNY Parish grabbed a dramatic 90th-minute winner as MALDON AND TIPTREE ran out 2-1 winners in tonight's BetVictor Isthmian League division north contest at Brentwood Town.
Charlee Hughes had earlier given them a first-half lead - only for Jason Williams to quickly equalise.
Elsewhere, the derby between HEYBRIDGE SWIFTS and COGGESHALL TOWN finished 1-1.
Jack Adlington-Pile put the hosts ahead but Nnamdi Nwachuku slotted home a second-half penalty for the Seedgrowers.
