BRAINTREE Town are still waiting for their first point of the Vanarama National League South season after crashing to a 4-0 defeat at home to Wealdstone.

Saturday's heavy loss followed last weekend's 2-0 reverse at Bath City and a 3-2 setback at home to Essex rivals Billericay Town, on Tuesday.

Trailing at the break after an own goal by Ollie Saunders, the visitors added three late goals through Daniel Green (73), Jake Sheppard (83) and Billy Clifford (85).

Glen Driver's Braintree are away to St Albans City on Tuesday night.
