Colchester United's pre-season got into full swing today as they build up to the new League Two campaign.
After a day spent fitness testing yesterday, the U's squad took part in ball work exercises today at the club's indoor dome facility at Warrior's Rest, in Tiptree.
Luke Norris, who signed for Colchester from Swindon Town yesterday for an undisclosed fee, was in attendance for his new club.
Fellow summer signings Harry Pell, Frank Nouble, Aaron Collins, Bailey Vose and Ethan Ross were also present along with Aaron Barnes, who spent the second half of last season on loan at National League side Torquay United after joining the U's from Charlton Athletic last January.
The U's first pre-season friendly is on July 7 when they travel to play Bostik League division north side Maldon and Tiptree.
