CHRIS Barker has revealed Queens Park Rangers' potential for success was a major factor in him signing for the club.
The defender, who spent most of last season on loan at Colchester United, has joined Rangers from Cardiff City.
He said: "I want to play at the highest level and I believe Rangers have the potential to match my career goals."
