FC CLACTON proved too strong for hosts Fakenham Town in the Thurlow Nunn League premier division today, winning 5-1.
First-half goals from Wayne Chapman, Kevin Coyle and Lee Townrow – his first for the Seasiders - put them in the driving seat at Clipbush Park.
Fakenham pulled one back just before the hour-mark, but skipper Aaron Condon added a late brace for Clacton.
In division one, BRAINTREE TOWN RESERVES were held to a 0-0 draw at home to Downham Town.
