Sam Walker has extended his stay at Colchester United.
As reported in today's Daily Gazette, the U's goalkeeper has signed a new contract with the club which will keep him at the Weston Homes Community Stadium until the end of the 2015-16 season.
Walker said: “I wanted to stay and the club wanted me to stay so it was just a case of getting things right for both parties in the contract.
“I’m delighted that it’s all done now. I felt fully comfortable immediately when I first arrived and I still feel that way."
