MALDON and Tiptree’s third defeat in row saw manager Terry Spillane leave the club by mutual consent.
They lost 2-1 against visiting Soham Town Rangers and finished the game with ten men.
This followed 2-1 and 1-0 defeats to Wroham and Sudbury.
It had been a disappointing start to the season for the Jammers with only three wins and two draws from their first ten games of the season.
Chairman Ed Garty said: “Terry has left by mutual consent and the senior players at the club will take charge of the team until a replacement for Terry is found.
“I am going to take my time and appoint the right person for the job.”
