Unforgettable.
Goal hero Elliot Lee says his first-ever senior goal will live long in the memory after salvaging a point for Colchester United in dramatic fashion at Rotherham United.
Lee netted a 96th-minute equaliser for the U’s to earn them a 2-2 draw at the New York Stadium, after his last-gasp header hit the underside of the crossbar and bounced over the line.
It was the 18-year-old’s first-ever Football League goal and the West Ham United loanee admitted it was a memorable moment.
Lee said: “I’ll never forget that first senior goal.
“Hopefully, it’s only the start and they’ll be many more."
