Q: I would like to sign up to Home Delivery what do I need to do?

A: Just fill in the form here and if we cover your area we will get you started on the next following Monday. If we do not cover your area we will contact you with details of other available agents.



Q: What are the benefits of Home Delivery?

A: Come rain or shine we will deliver the paper direct to your door each day Monday to Friday with no extra charge for the delivery service. Plus by signing up to our Easy Pay scheme you will also receive 5 nights’ papers for the price of 4.Easy Pay also means no weekly bills mounting up or having to wait in for the collector to call.



Q: What time can I expect my delivery

A:Under normal circumstances you should receive your Gazette by 5pm each day.



Q: How do I pay?

A: You can pay by Monthly invoice, Direct Debit or over the phone by Credit / Debit card. Full details are available here.



Q: What do I do if I need to stop my papers at any time?

A: Simply contact the customer sales team on Free phone 0800 052 1818 and they will make the necessary arrangements. If you pay by direct debit your account will also be credited accordingly



Q: What should I do if I miss a delivery?

A: If for some reason your paper is not delivered please report this to us by either filling in the form here or calling us on 0800 953 0227. We will make sure your account is credited and take the appropriate steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
