RESIDENTS are being asked their views on how to improve Colchester as part of a bid to secure up to £25 million in Government funding.
We Are Colchester, a new dynamic partnership comprising of Colchester Council, Essex County Council, businesses and voluntary groups, has been set up to develop a long-term vision for the town.
Over the next few months the partnership is bringing together a strategic plan to submit to the Government to try and secure up to £25 million, which will in turn unlock millions more investment.
Residents will have the chance to shape the vision as well as the investment concepts being drawn up by the We Are Colchester board.
As part of this project the partnership has launched a new survey asking residents views on what Colchester Town means to them.
