A NUMBER of people will appear in court on Class A drugs charges after police carried out a search on a house.
Officers from Essex Police’s North Operation Raptor team arrested suspects after executing a warrant at a house in Normandy Avenue, Colchester on May 8.
They were charged and appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court.
They include:
- Kerry Ann Vernon, 41, of Normandy Avenue, Colchester, who was charged with two counts of permitting the use of premises for supplying Class A drugs
- A 16-year-old boy from Kent who was charged with two counts of possessing a Class A drug with intent to supply and possessing a knife in a public place
- Kyle Bridgeman-Anderson, 22, of Roosevelt, Way, Colchester, who was charged with two counts of possessing a Class A drug with intent to supply and acquiring/using or possessing criminal property
- A 17-year-old boy from Berkshire who was charged with two counts of possessing a Class A drug with intent to supply
They will all appear at Ipswich Crown Court next month.
