MORE than 1,000 cannabis plants were discovered in a factory.
A warrant carried out in Straits Mill, off Convent Lane in Braintree, at about 2.10pm yesterday revealed the plants inside a warehouse.
Officers found what they described as a sophisticated cannabis factory with plants in the ‘drying out’ phase.
