A MAN charged with burglary, theft and fraud offences has appeared in court.
Adam Fuller, of Stanwell Street, Colchester, appeared at Colchester Magistrates' Court to face two counts of burglary, two counts of theft, one count of theft in a dwelling, two counts of fraud by false representation.
He also faces one charge of obstructing and resisting a constable.
The burglary charges relate to offences alleged to have happened in Colchester in April and June.
Fuller, 23, was remanded into custody and will appear next at Ipswich Crown Court on September 15.
