RESIDENTS can dine al fresco next week as a restaurant chain says it will open up its venue in the high street.
Prezzo Maldon will be opening its doors on Monday (April 12) for outside dining.
To ensure the safety of Prezzo’s diners and staff, the team will be following precautions to make sure everyone is Covid safe.
These include:
• Disposable menus to ensure no contamination
• Digital ordering so customers can order directly from their smartphone or tablet using the QR code displayed on tables
• NHS Test & Trace app scan-ins for all customers in line with the government guidance
• Social distancing markers and hand sanitisers
Prezzo fans will be able to tuck into some of their Italian classic favourites, including Spaghetti Bolognese, Lasagne, Tomato Bruschetta and Al Forno pasta dishes which are all back on the menu.
CEO Karen Jones said: “We cannot wait to welcome back customers to our Maldon restaurant.
“Gardens, terraces and courtyards are being prepped, preened and planted to make sure everything looks wonderful and is covid-secure.
“Tables are limited so the advice is to book early and give yourself something to look forward to.”
Prezzo will be reopening 70 of its 152 restaurants for al fresco dining, all of which will be offering click and collect and delivery as well.
