A MAN who assaulted someone and left several fractures has been jailed.
Officers were called to reports of a fight in Maldon High Street in the early hours of March 4 last year.
A man in his 20s was found to have been assaulted and was taken to hospital.
He was treated for a fractured skull and fractured eye socket.
Jacob Doucy, 23, of Wood Street, Chelmsford was arrested and later charged with GBH with intent.
He pleaded guilty at Chelmsford Crown Court on October 18 and was jailed for three years and four months.
