A SALE trail is being organised in Mistley to get rid of unwanted items which have been piling up during lockdown.
Emma Nettleton, of California Road, Mistley is organising the sale trail, where people can sell children’s clothes, toys, DVDs, books and shoes from their front garden or driveway.
The 34-year-old mum-of-two said she originally only arranged it for California road, but it had lots of interest, with more than 40 households taking part all over the village.
She said: “I think it will be a nice way to spend a Sunday morning stroll.
“It’s easily done with social distancing and is outside, so it’s Covid-secure.
“Lots of people are very excited and it may even become an annual event if it goes well.”
The sale trail will take place on Sunday, July 12 between 10am and 2pm.
