Two due in court after assault in McDonalds
Two men are due in court following reports that two staff workers were assaulted at a restaurant in Braintree.
Ben Dyer, 28, of Cressing Road, Braintree, and Steven Toms, 38, of Cherwell Way, Gorleston, have been summonsed to Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Monday 9 December for assault causing actual bodily harm.
It follows reports at around 2.40am on Saturday 20 April that two men were assaulted in McDonald’s restaurant in Galleys Corner.
