A DRINK driver has been banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay more than £500.
Billy-Joe Temple, of London Road, Marks Tey, was caught over the limit at 9.33am in Hatfeld Square, Hatfield Peverel, on June 20.
Facing a charge of drink driving at court Temple, 37, was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £450 and ordered to pay £85 in cash and a £45 victim surcharge.
He is one of 205 people arrested during Essex Police's #DriveSafeDriveSober anti-drink and drug driving campaign from last year.
