A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of committing a brutal assault on a teenage girl on Colchester's High Street.
Footage of the incident, which saw a girl, 18, felled to the ground by a powerful punch on April 4, 2009, was featured on Crimewatch the following year.
A man, 31, from the Colchester area, was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of the assault. He was released on police bail pending further enquiries until Thursday.
