THE LOCATION of X-Factor auditions in Colchester will be revealed just two days before the event.
The hit talent show is coming to town for the first time on Thursday, May 10.
There is no need to apply, just turn up on the day an queue, for a chance to perform to the show’s production team.
Mobile auditions have been introduced as a new way of reaching prospective stars outside of the major cities.
The X-Factor van will pitch up somewhere in town between 9.30am and 5pm.
The final auditionees will be accepted until 4.30pm.
