A TEENAGER arrested on suspicion of stealing a council gardening buggy and a bus has been rebailed.
Vandals broke into Colchester’s Castle Park causing £7,000 damage by smashing through several gates with a buggy on January 29.
They abandoned it in Priory Street, before stealing a bus and crashing in Queen Street.
A man, 18, from Colchester, was rebailed until May 23.
