A MAN has appeared in court accused of attempted murder.
Daniel Yates, 40, of Araglen Avenue, South Ockendon, is the third man to appear in court following the assault on Jamie Usedon, 23, in Dudley Road.
He appeared before Colchester Magistrates Court on Saturday and was charged with attempted murder and grevious bodily harm.
