ONE of Colchester’s oldest buildings, bequeathed to the town by a renowned philanthropist, has been placed on the market for £250,000.
Colchester Council has put out a call for charities, firms or would-be tenants to come forward with bids and ideas for the future of Tymperleys, on Trinity Street.
