A TEENAGER has been robbed in Colchester’s Castle Park.

Police are appealing for information following an attack on a 19-year-old boy.

He was walking through the park, between 6pm and 7pm on Tuesday, when he was approached from behind by two men.

They pushed him to the floor and stole his moblie phone.

Det Con Peter Gartland, who is investigating the daylight park attack, said: “Sadly we have limited information on the attacker so are hoping someone saw the incident and can help us identify and arrest him.”

The men were both wearing a dark hoodie and jeans.

Anyone with information about the crime, reported on Wednesday, call Colchester CID on 101.
