ESSEX County Council is predicting it will have cut costs by almost £150 million in two years, by March.
The council is trying to make £300 million worth of savings in four years. £60 million in savings were made in 2009/10 with about £90 million this year.
The council is attempting to cut another £150 million by March 2013.
