Clacton fire victim named

THE man who died in a house fire in Clacton has been named.

Pte Kenny Pratt, of 1st battalion the Royal Anglian Regiment, was sleeping in the lounge of his house in Chestnut Avenue when the fire started in the kitchen.

He died of smoke inhalation.

His mother, Amanda, said: "We loved him so much and we will miss him so much. He was our little hero, our legend."
