SCHOOLS and police are taking action after reports that Braintree youngsters are dabbling in drugs and dangerous games publicised on the internet.
Teachers are concerned that mephedrone - which was made illegal in April - is available in the town.
Youngsters are also being warned about games involving choking, fainting and excessively consuming high energy drinks to achieve a temporary 'high'.
Children are also thought to have tried eating nauseating food until they vomit and punching each other with boxing gloves until someone passes out or is badly injured.
