A DISABLED councillor who lost his council seat for failing to attend meetings claims he was "ostracised" after campaigning for better disabled access in a town centre.
Russell Wilkins had represented Braintree south on Braintree Council since May 2007.
But the 79-year-old Tory has lost his seat for not attending meetings for over six months.
