THE women of Colchester are being reminded there are still afternoon places available for the Race for Life in Lower Castle Park.
There are three races in the town, with the first two scheduled to take place in Lower Castle Park on May 16.
All 2,000 place for the 11am morning race have now been taken, but organisers are reminding women that there are still 1,500 places available for the afternoon event, which starts at 2pm.
A third Race for Life will take place on July 25 in the ground of Essex University, with spaces for up to 2,250 women.
