Little Eloise Jones is helping to fight back against a killer disease that nearly claimed her life.

Now four, brave Eloise was just three months' old when she was struck down with the potentially fatal meningococcal septicaemia.
She survived the ordeal, but was left severely disabled and suffers from epilepsy.
Now she has teamed up with mum Jessica, of Clacton, to raise awareness about symptoms during Meningitis Awareness Week.
