Billericay went up as champions despite losing on the final day of the season.
They beat Orsett to top spot courtesy of their games drawn ratio after both teams finished with 253 points and 11 wins.
P Jackman hit 70 for Billericay as they reached 204-8 but saw visitors Epping reply with a winning 205-2.
Orsett defeated Woodford Green by six wickets but batting second meant they were unable to have a chance of bowling their hosts out and picking up 20 points.
Instead they only got 18 for the win and that meant they finished as runners-up to Billericay.
