A new scheme set up to help teenage parents in Tendring continue with their education is offering free childcare for up to three years.
The Care to Learn Programme is a Government initiative which aims to support teenage parents who want to carry on with lessons at school or college.
It is open to all young mums and dads if they apply before they are 19.
They need to be attending either school, sixth form, college or studying for a national qualification.
Nannas Day Nurseries are offering parents a full-time place at their sites in Pathfields Road, Clacton, as well as the chance to gain some practical advice on how to care for their children.
