Two men are due to appear in court charged with endangering life and criminal damage following an incident on Southend Pier, police said today.
The 19-year-old and the 20-year-old were arrested after a train crashed into a runaway worker's cart on the pier on Tuesday.
The youths are due to appear before Southend magistrates on Tuesday, October 26.
