DIVISION ONE

Danbury lost their 100 per cent record when they were beaten 4-2 by Intersports on Sunday, a result that moved Intersoports up to second place.

Intersports led 3-1 at the break, Adam Baker and Simon Lang (2) on target for Inter and Danny Kirkham for Danbury.

Andy Annal scored Danbury's second goal but Dean Stare put the game beyond the league leaders with Inter's fourth goal.

In order to aid the fixture backlog, New Lodge and Great Baddow played a double header in which Lodge took three of the four points available.

Lodge won the First game 3-2, Karl Baldwin (2) and Paul Jennings their scorers while Daniel Blake and Tony Brown were on target for Baddow.

In the second game Lodge looked to take the double when Terry Baldwin gave them the lead but his side then gifted Baddow a point with an own goal.

Worbouys overcame White Ursa 3-1, Steven Allen (2) and Tim Figg on target for Worbouys and Matt Piggins for Ursa.
