Sarah Claxton is tonight (Friday) set to begin her pursuit of medals in the World Indoor Athletics Championship.
The Colchester star is due to take place in the 60m hurdles in Lisbon.
Claxton, 21, has reaped the benefit of concentrating on hurdles this year but faces tough competition from Jamaica's Michelle Freeman and Nigeria's Glory Alozie.
The race, which is scheduled to start at 7pm, is being screened on Eurosport.
