SENIOR DIVISION CUP First ROUND

Following an exciting match on Sunday, Havering Nalgo ran out 4-3 winners over Romford Town.

Nalgo's scorers were James Aveling (2), Dave Willis and an own goal to which Micky Stubbs, Steve Perry and Tony Cowan replied.

ESSEX PREMIER CUP QUARTER-FINAL

Harold Hill bowed out of this season's competition after losing 4-1 to Ockendon Motor Spares

DIVISION THREE CUP FIRST ROUND

Spall Sports beat Pilgrims Hatch 3-1, Martin Smith (2) and Bradley St Pierre scoring for Spall and Darren Bird (penalty) for the Hatch.

SENIOR DIVISION

Matthew Moore, Scott Murray, Lee Barr, Michael Thompson and Liam St Ange (2) scored for Byron Red Star 'A' in their 6-2 win over Old Cooperians . Newman and Pearce netted the old boys' goals.

Collier Row Colts entertained Broxhill in a 'double header' and the visitors won both matches, 3-2 and 3-1.

Terry Monksfield, Roy Smith and Steve Taylor were on target for the Colts in the first match, to which Lee Holloway and Dave Fuller replied.

In the second game, the Colts scorers were Terry Monksfield (2) and Roy Smith while George Ling netted Broxhill's goal.

Stacey Whymark netted for Prince Albert and Gary Wilson for Hornchurch Athletic in a 1-1 draw in the first match of a 'double header.'

Prince Albert won the second match 6-0, Gavin Todd (3), Robbie McCarthy (2) and Darren Tredgett the players on target.

DIVISION ONE

Darren Hickson (2) and Chris Poole scored for Bentley and Lee Banks (2), and Wayne Helin for Gidea Park Rangers in an exciting 3-3 draw.

Mowbrays defeatedEssex Arms 2-1 with goals from Steve Petrie and Neil Holmes. Malcolm Radley netted the Essex's consolation goal.

DIVISION TWO

Heath Park 'B' andSpence Arms played out a goalless draw in the first game of a double header.

There were six goals in the second match, and Spence Arms scored four of them, via Jay Chapman (3) and Ireland. Gary Pearson (jnr) and Rob Williamson were on target for Heath Park.

Kenilworth entertained Warley Hospital in a double header and won the first match 2-1 with Danny Gabriel netting both the Kenilworth goals, and Barry Coldham on target for

In the second match, Kenilworth romped to a 7-2 victory, their goals being netted Kris Graham (3), Danny Littlechild (3) and Dave Amber. Ben Stevens scored both the Warley goals.

Byron Red Star 'B' returned to winning ways by defeating Upminster All Stars 3-2 with goals from Marcus Manser, Steve Foster and Brett Riley. Stuart Hammond netted both the All Stars goals.

DIVISION THREE

Goals from Chris Avent, Matthew Prince and Mark Neal gave Ongar United a 3-2 victory over Harwood Rangers for whom Dave Smith netted both his sides goals.

Gary Deavin (3), Nick Street (2) and Ross Osborne scored for Swan Athletic in their comfortable 6-0 victory over Herongate Athletic .

Darren Madle scored for Warley Stars and Jamie Godden for Brentwood Eagles in a 1-1 draw at The Drive.

DIVISION FOUR

County High Rangers won both their games of a double header with Sporting Bridge 2-0.

Paul Callow and Micky Rogers scored in the first match and Mike Slater's strike was added to by an own goal to seal the second game in favour of the Rangers.

Micky Shea (senior) scored for Hendersons Sports in their 1-1 draw with Romford Royals for whom Frank McArdle was on target.
