Staff, students and friends of Basildon College all gathered for a grand party.
A live band and buffet were laid on at the college to celebrate 30 years of further education in Basildon. There was also a disco and a string quartet to keep the guests, both past and present associates of the college, entertained.
The night is set last function before the college in Nethermayne merges with Thurrock College.
The college is set to merge with the college in Grays this September.
