A headteacher has hit out at vandals who damaged a children's play house.
The attack happened during the Easter holidays when the windows on Teddy's Cottage, at the back of All Saints' Primary School, Dovercourt, were broken.
It is about the sixth time the play centre, used by four-year-olds at the school in Main Road, has been vandalised.
Headteacher Angela Philips said: "It is the fact this is upsetting for the children as it is there to help them as part of their education.
"It will take time to be repaired and it is disappointing that people are prepared to come to the grounds just to do that - it is a pointless exercise."
