Billericay were well worth the points at New Lodge on Saturday despite only scoring once against Harrow.
In truth, the hosts should have registered more than Paul Fewings' solitary strike, dominating play for long periods and keeping shotstopper Andy Tate alert.
The only goal of the game came on 19 minutes, as Richard Graham's centre was converted by the former Chesham and Boston United man Fewings.
At the other end, Town's own defenders were more of a threat than the Harrow attack, with goalkeeper Jerome John saving Russel Penn's blushes with an acrobatic stop.
Billericay asserted their superior advantage after that, with Scott Forrester and Mark Brennan both shooting narrowly wide. And they nearly doubled their lead in the last minute when Jamie Wallace headed against a post. In the end though, one was enough.
