No-one could deny that she's fit - but now Michaela Knighton is out to prove herself the sexiest fitness instructor in the country

Michaela, 26, from Thorpe Bay, is to compete against other fitness fanatics for the prestigious title in a new ITV show from Monday.

Viewers decide who are the most gorgeous guys and girls in this special ITV1 series.

ITV1 has been searching nationwide for the sexiest firefighters, doctors and nurses, fitness instructors, teachers, builders and plumbers with auditions being held throughout the country.
