Refurbishment work to a hotel gutted by fire, is near completion, and it is hoped the New World hotel will open its doors once again on October 1.
Ian Hilton, the owner of the site in Great Warley vowed to fully restore the premises within a year.
He wanted it back to how it was originally, after 30 years were spent renovating the manor house in to a country retreat.
The hotel suffered 80 per cent fire damage last March.
