Michaela Knighton admitted to being "surprised but pleased" at being named the UK's sexiest fitness instructor.
Michaela, 26, an instructor at LA Fitness in Thorpe Bay, took part in the ITV programme Britain's Sexiest to find the sexiest people in the UK after being entered for the contest by a colleague.
Viewers chose Michaela out of the five finalists and she will now go on to the grand final which will be held on Sunday alongside the winners of the other categories of sexiest firefighter, doctors and nurses, teachers, builders and plumbers and airline crew.
The overall winner will receive a new car and a luxury holiday.
