Tattooist Ian Knell is a big softie when it comes to children and animals.
So when client Donna Turner, 25, told him about her sick son, Ian lost no time in offering to help raise cash for a dream holiday.
He is going to hold a marathon tattooing session with up to 85 per cent of the takings going to help little Taylor go to the US to celebrate his fourth birthday to swim with the dolphins.

Anything left over will go to a charity of Donna's choice.
Donna, 25, of Crown Avenue, Pitsea, said Taylor was born with heart defects at Basildon Hospital.
Although she can raise the fare money for the holiday, the insurance for Taylor is beyond her means.
