Magician Stuart Burrell has smashed two world records for wriggling out of handcuffs.
Stuart, 26, escaped from 301 pairs of handcuffs in an hour and set the fastest time for escaping from a single pair - less than ten seconds.

He said: " My wrists and hands were red raw!"
Stuart, of Broadlands Avenue, Rayleigh, said: "The Magic Circle has already accepted the records as valid, but we have to send off evidence and witness statements to the Guinness Book of Records."
The event, at Flights club in Aviation Way, Southend, raised more than £1,000 for Children in Need.
