Thrill-seekers will be in their element on two exciting new rides at Southend's Adventure Island theme park, thanks to a major investment.
The Cow Jump is already in place after it was purpose-built at the park's design centre by technical experts.
The Mini-Mega Coaster, an exhilarating ride for all the family, will be built in February.

Paul Clap, head of art and design at Adventure Island, said: "We have engineers and designers who start out at the beginning of each new year with the task to build a new ride.
"The Cow Jump is this year's effort and we are very proud of it. Building your own rides on site is ideal, as we can design it exactly as we want and can build it to even higher safety standards than we would normally use."
Speaking of the Mini-Mega Coaster, Mr Clap said: "This is a miniature high- speed ride with lots of twists and turns.
"It is not a white knuckle ride, but it will be very exhilarating. It is a ride for all the family."
Mr Clap said: "Both the rides will be running in time for the start of the school half term in February."
