EastEnders star Jessie Wallace has dropped her court appeal against a drink-drive conviction.
Wallace, 31, was due to make the appeal at Basildon Crown Court.
But the actress's Manchester-based solicitors withdrew the case.
Wallace, who plays Kat Moon in the soap, will have to serve a three-year driving ban and pay her £1,000 fine and £364 court costs.
At an earlier hearing, Southend Magistrates' Court heard she was stopped by police in her £32,000 Mercedes doing 50mph in a 40mph zone.
A breath test showed she had 51mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mg.
