A trailblazing ride will be taking place on a 20-mile long route through mid Essex for charity.
Organised by Sustrans, the sustainable transport charity, it is taking place on the proposed route of the National Cycle Network from Chelmsford to Witham.
Cyclists will depart from Essex Records Office, in Wharf Road, and will travel through Maldon.
The rides, which is one of two organised in the county for June 20 will finish at Bramston Sports Centre, Witham at 3pm.
Approximately 50 people are expected to take part in the ride.
