Fizzy drinks full of sugar are a thing of the past at the Billericay School, which introduced a new milk bar this week as part of a Government drive to make children eat and drink more healthily.
Catering manager Yvonne Denton said: "The basic idea is to make the kids think about their health, and to drink more milk instead of fizzy drinks.
"We didn't really sell milk before this but since we started it has been really popular."
